Services
Skillfulness, logical thinking and emotion recognition are only some of the benefits of board games in a child’s development. In Mikrografia, we consider playing around a table an integral part of the educational process as we have realised that children’s communicative skills are reinforced. In this way, they essentially interact and socialise with their peers while simultaneously they are taught to follow each rule.
We consider it necessary to lay the foundations of the educational progress for children starting from Primary school level. As a result, we assign this task to the philology and the mathematics teacher under whose guidance our pupils prepare for next day’s homework. In this way, they systematise their studying and learn to study methodically. Ultimately, there is more time left in order to spend it creatively with their family.
By using pure raw materials and products of high nutritional value, we create, along with the children, not only delicious but also healthy recipes. Consequently, they acquire new taste stimuli as they simultaneously adopt proper eating habits. Under the guidance of our educators, they use a range of cooking vessels and by cutting, kneading and moulding, their fine motor skills are developed. They also comprehend quantity and dosage as well as acquire self-trust while becoming more responsible.
Musical instruments workshops by established musicians, piano plays, percussion instruments orchestra; these are only some of the activities of this section. The sense of rhythm is reinforced and the calmness that listening to a music piece brings improves children’s mood while they participate and accompany with their melodic voices.
In a circle or in pairs, traditional or modern, dance has been part of the spontaneous expression of one’s personality. It contributes to posture correction as well as boosts the child’s confidence. Mutual respect and cooperation are reinforced significantly and the child is taught to comply with the requirements of a group activity while being introduced to the culture of each place.
